Support

We support not only our own product installations, also we provide a third party front-line support service for other system vendors. What this means is that you can have a relationship bridge between you and your customer which allows a solid (impartial) focus on where problems actually reside. This philosophy also works if your team requires additional support for a system which is no longer being considered by its original vendor.
This service is charged at a base quarterly rate, which can be negotiated depending on the complexity of what is being proposed.

- Offsite storage of data - you send us the files via e-Mail / CD and we store them for security
