You will need a Pentium class (or better) PC, with a standard Windows compatible desktop printer.

What operating system do I need to run your software?
Any of the windows distributions will do. You must have the Microsoft .NET framework installed first though, version 1.1 or better is required. You can download this from the Label Tasks website on the downlaods page

How is the licensing of the software structured?
Generally, the software is sold on a single user basis. This means that for each machine the software is to be installed on, a license needs to be purchased first. Multiple site license are available at a deal price, please contact us to discuss.

Can I link your products into third party software for more functionality?
Yes you can! The Label Tasks range of products enables the user to import and export label information from and to MS-Excel - if additional requirements need to be met, we can be contacted to discuss your requirements.

I'm getting error 2869 when trying to install. Can you tell me what this is and how to fix it?
This is a permissions and rights issue. It can sometimes be experienced when installing the product with Windows Vista.
